Follow
these
steps:
1.
Click on the link box above to select your number (username).
2.
A
dialog box will pop-up requesting both a username and password. Enter
your username and password, and click ok.
3.
A link
to your report file (street address) will be displayed. Click
on the address to download the file.
Note: The report is a
pdf
file type. To open the file you will need the free Adobe Reader.
If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you
can download it by clicking on the logo above. Note:
This process may not function properly if you have a pop-up
blocker enabled. Please turn it off temporarily. |
